Such investigations may also reveal involvement with competing companies or third-party collaborators engaged in malicious activities, such as poaching talent or committing unfair competition by stealing clients.

Timely behavioral investigations help businesses preemptively address potential threats and implement countermeasures to avoid significant losses. Surveillance, behavioral, and background investigations provide clarity on the causes and signs of various infringements.

Investigation Details

Two investigators typically carry out the behavioral investigation, equipped with separate vehicles (one car and one motorcycle). The car is used for surveillance, stakeouts, and tailing targets, while the motorcycle ensures adaptability for urban traffic. Investigators carry portable photography equipment to seize evidence at any given moment. Additional manpower or resources required will be discussed and approved by the client before execution.

Investigation Duration

The surveillance schedule is planned based on client requirements and our recommendations. For short investigations under four hours, a base fee of $125 per investigator (minimum 4 hours) applies. A standard day (8 hours, two investigators) costs $375 (exclusive of taxes). Overtime is charged at $30 per hour per investigator. Additional costs, such as intercity travel or extensive mileage, are billed separately.

• Vehicle usage (up to 30 miles)

• Public transportation fees

• Tolls, parking, meals, and lodging

• Additional mileage costs (beyond 30 miles)

Multi-Day Discounts

For investigations exceeding three consecutive days, we offer discounted pricing. We can tailor an efficient plan based on your budget to maximize results.

Error-Free Follow-Up System

While human errors may occur, our free re-investigation system will ensure the task is completed to the client’s satisfaction. If a case is paused for over 60 days, re-investigations may not apply.

Payment Terms

For single-day investigations, payment is due one day prior to the investigation start date. For multi-day investigations, 50% of the agreed budget is required upfront, with the balance due upon report delivery. Additional expenses incurred during the investigation will be billed separately.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or pause investigations at any time. If a cancellation occurs a day in advance, no charges will apply. Refunds for overpayments will be issued minus any applicable processing fees.

Delivery of Reports

Investigation reports, including photos, videos, and documented evidence, will be delivered within three business days following the conclusion of the task. The report will provide clear and concise details of the findings.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any additional needs or changes promptly. While we strive for high accuracy, no investigation can guarantee a 100% outcome. Costs may vary based on the scope and complexity of the investigation.
